How is the fit?
*Great for sensitive ears for most! Please wear at your own risk. Jewelry is non-returnable, non-refundable. *Note that some are still more sensitive than others.
- Shipping based on weight and zip code. Free Shipping on orders over $75.
- In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. Except on weekends or Holidays. Orders DO NOT ship on Saturday or Sunday.
- FREE local pickup is available at 314 E Grand in Ponca City, OK. (Select at check out). Must be local only, or shipping charges will apply.
*Standard Shipping is available to all 50 states within the US including PO Boxes as well as APOs/FPOs and US territories. Please note this does not include orders shipped to Canada or any other Country.
**For 2 Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 9 AM CST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9 AM CST will not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.
**2 Day Shipping options are currently available to all 50 US States.
**2 Day Shipping currently not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.
Domestic Processing Times
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, our team will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 2 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days!
For 2 Day Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 10AM CST on business days (Tuesday-Friday), then our team will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 1 to 2 additional business days depending on the expedited option that you choose!
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for help in choosing the best shipping method to receive it on time! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number, if an email was provided at order time.
If you don’t have a user account, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get the information to you. We do need a little help from you, though, so be sure to let us know your order number and the name used to place the order.

- Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 30 days of date shipped.
- We try to inspect every item prior to shipping, but if your items was received damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of items receipt with proof of damage.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only. NO REFUNDS GIVEN!
- Include original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
- Sale/clearance and items purchased using a discount code are NOT returnable, they are FINAL sale.
- Jewelry, sunglasses, swimsuits, bralettes, hats, under garments, hair accessories and any other accessories are non-returnable.
- Shoes can only be returned if they are unworn and must be returned in the original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
- All returns after 30 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
