Shipping & Returns

At HoneyBee Boutique, our goal is to serve our loyal customers as best we can. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
  • Shipping based on weight or FREE on orders over $75! 
  • In most cases orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours. Except on weekends or Holidays.  Orders DO NOT ship on Saturdays.
  • FREE local pickup is available at Grand in Ponca City, OK. (Select at check out).  Must be local only, or shipping charges will apply.
We know that ordering things online can be a gamble since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, and because of that we try our best to be very return-friendly. However, as in life, there are certain rules that must be followed so that we can help you out! 
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of date shipped. 
  • We try to inspect every item prior to shipping, but if your items was received damaged, you must contact us within 2 days of items receipt with proof of damage.
  • Returns are eligible for store credit only.
  • Refunds at management's discretion after inspection of item/s
  • Include original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
  • Sale/clearance and items purchased using a discount code are NOT returnable, they are final sale. 
  • Jewelry, sunglasses, swimsuits, bralettes, hats, under garments, hair accessories and any other accessories are non-returnable.
  • Shoes can only be returned if they are unworn and must be returned in the original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.  Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return.
  • Items returned after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returns after 30 days will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
